Averie is off at camp — this was the last picture I took before she left, counting out the money from her birthday, chores, etc and making sure she had enough to pay for her half of the fees. THANK YOU to everyone who helps her save up for this — it truly is the best birthday gift — it doesn’t collect dust in the house and she makes some of the best memories during this one week of summer. AND she works hard to make up the difference doing chores and work around the house while school is out. Win, win! If you peek at the Camp Wyoming page you might even be able to find a photo or two of her.
AJ on the other hand misses his sister. Every night he crawls by her door on the way to bed and signs “sissy”. Tonight he banged on the door to her room until I opened it and showed him she wasn’t in there. Poor guy definitely loves his big sister and notices when she’s not around.
